Ana is a licensed mental health counselor. She has a master’s in Mental Health Counseling, a Bachelor’s in Psychology, and a Certificate in Gender Studies. She is passionate about helping others process past wounds, find the best coping skills for them, and meet goals they never thought they could. Ana shows up authentically, warm, and excited to be in your corner. Her approaches include EMDR, mindfulness-based, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Her practice incorporates specialized knowledge in the neurobiology of trauma, mindfulness and self-compassion.

My early work was in Sexual Health Education, HIV awareness, sexual assault prevention, and LGBTQ+ youth homelessness.
I’ve counseled middle and high school teens in underserved areas via mobile clinic with Teen Xpress.
Provided therapy, resources, and ran groups for cancer patients and their families with the Cancer Support Community.
Led Batterers Intervention Program groups.
Provided crisis counseling to breast cancer patients at the Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery Institute.
Worked at Pennsylvania Counseling Services, an outpatient clinic, providing services to clients with mental health needs and specialized forensic services to court mandated clients.
